This 911 call took place 3 months before her death. Why didn't the Sheriff's Office do more?
Could it be because Steve Brinson is Bill Smith's Cousin?

I really don't know if it would have saved her life but what we "DO" know is that Racheyls "CIVIL LIBERTIES" were violated! If the Camden County police department and GBI would have done their job and followed the "LAW", Racheyl might still be alive today! We have all the reports from the lead investigators regarding her death. For the life of me and everyone in our family, we cannot figure out how Racheyl could have died the way "they" said she did! The reports and statements that Racheyls family had to "fight" to get, makes no sense what so ever! The information that her husband, EX Sheriff Bill Smith, and goofball Dale Bundy put together is almost comical! I am so thankful for Rick, taking time out of his life to help our family find the truth in Racheyls death! That’s all we want is the truth and for the "PERSONS" responsible for her death and the cover-up of her death to be held accountable and justice SERVED!!!! I know there are several of you out there that believe Racheyl died accidentally... because like us, that's what you have been told for the last 8 1/2 years. The ones that were close enough and knew Racheyl have their doubts. The ungodly people that sit on here and run their mouth about things they know nothing about... I ask that you just read the information posted by Rick! If you have questions regarding anything that Rick has posted, let’s try to discuss it like adults! Our family is not here to fight or argue with anyone! It’s a waste of time and effort! All we want is to find the TRUTH regarding Racheyls death! Our family has many questions regarding the statements and reports in this case! If anyone can shed some light on these questions with FACTS instead of hear say, I'm willing to listen! For 8 1/2 years no one has been able to explain the discrepancies "we" know are in these reports! Maybe if we work together we can find the truth together! Just remember...Racheyl was 4 days away from turning 32 years old. She had a 2 year old baby boy, which was the love of her life! She was a daughter, a wife, a mother and a friend. She was a person and she deserves justice like everyone else! Thank you for your time! God Bless you Rick and may he keep you safe! May justice prevail!
